Results-driven care coordinator with 6+ years across behavioral health, healthcare IT support, applied behavioral analysis, and home health. Currently managing complex behavioral health caseloads at Centene's METS program, where I conduct SDOH and health risk assessments, lead motivational interviewing conversations, and connect high-acuity members with the community resources, providers, and support services they need.

What sets my background apart: I bridge the non-clinical care coordination world with hands-on direct-care experience. As a Registered Behavioral Technician I delivered 1:1 ABA therapy and partnered with BCBAs on intervention plans. As a home health aide I provided round-the-clock paraplegic care. As an inclusion specialist I implemented IEPs across the disability spectrum. That foundation makes the assessments and care plans I build today grounded in what care actually looks like for the member.

I'm passionate about equitable access to behavioral health for underserved populations, especially the members managed care often loses track of.
